Located within the dynamic Cebu IT Park (CITP) in Cebu City, Ayala Central Bloc is a major mixed-use retail and lifestyle development by Ayala Land. Designed to serve the rapidly growing business district, the mall integrates retail, dining, entertainment, and commercial spaces within one of Cebu’s most active urban hubs.

As a high-occupancy public facility operating in a dense commercial environment, the project required critical life-safety and fire-rated electrical systems to protect occupants, tenants, and assets.

Ensuring system integrity during fire conditions was essential to support safe evacuation procedures, emergency response systems, and continuous operation of vital building services.
