Project Overview

Located on a 25.67-hectare site in Barrio Tablon, the Nestlé Cagayan de Oro (CDO) Plant is the company’s only manufacturing facility outside Luzon and has been operating since 1984. Over the years, it has evolved into a major production hub and a key ASEAN Supply Center, supporting both domestic distribution and export markets.

The facility manufactures leading brands such as NESCAFÉ and Bear Brand, along with Coffee-Mate, Milo, and Maggiproducts. As the national hub for NESCAFÉ production and the Export Center for filled milk powder, the plant operates high-capacity processing, packaging, and automated systems that require a robust and reliable electrical network.

To maintain continuous operations and meet strict manufacturing standards, the facility required high-performance cable solutions capable of supporting stable power distribution and demanding industrial conditions.

Our Impact

Our expert team supplied medium voltage cables to ensure reliable and stable power distribution throughout the facility, supporting critical manufacturing and processing systems. In addition, we provided rubber cables (H07RN-F), commonly known as Royal Cord, selected for their flexibility, durability, and resistance to mechanical stress in demanding industrial environments.

Our cable solutions contribute to the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of this high-capacity manufacturing plant, reinforcing the strength and reliability of its electrical infrastructure.
