Project Overview

Located in Entertainment City, Parañaque, Metro Manila, Solaire Resort & Casino is a premier 5-star integrated resort and one of Asia’s leading luxury destinations. Opened in 2013, the development features 800 elegantly appointed rooms and suites across the Bay and Sky Towers, offering panoramic views of Manila Bay.

The resort houses one of the Philippines’ largest casinos, spanning approximately 18,500 square metres, with extensive table games, slot machines, and exclusive high-roller areas in the Sky Tower. Complementing its gaming facilities are more than 15 dining venues, bars, and lounges, a 1,760-seat state-of-the-art theatre, luxury retail outlets, a pool deck with cabanas, spa and fitness facilities, and premium guest amenities.

As a high-occupancy, 24/7 mixed-use complex welcoming thousands of guests daily, the project required critical life-safety and fire-rated electrical systems capable of maintaining operational integrity during emergencies. Ensuring occupant safety, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted essential services was fundamental to the development’s infrastructure design.

Our Impact

We supplied robust fire-resistant power cables engineered to maintain circuit integrity under fire conditions, ensuring essential systems remain operational during emergencies. In addition, we provided plenum-rated low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) cables designed to minimise smoke emission and eliminate toxic halogen gases in enclosed and high-traffic areas.
